The concept of entrepreneurship isn’t a small one and reflects lots of hard work as well as dedication invested into it. Banamalika Choudhury – Assam, Northeast India

An Assamese lady who is a mother too started her first initiative during the year 2017. She has started NEthing that emphasizes on art, culture, literature growth as a whole. Her motive is to bring a community together where they can have their own time doing and discussing art, design, culture etc. She thinks it’s a business model that has that has feminism in it and so after working at the development sector she had to leave her job and do what her heart called for. 

NEthing has this need based salary system that will induce people to work on equal pay without any differentiation and draining out her work system at the time.

Rita Tage -Arunachal Pradesh, Northeast India

If you do not know, then let me tell you Arunachal Pradesh’s beautiful valley Ziro is abundant with Kiwi( the fruits) and Rita Tage who is an agricultural engineer thought of doing something different with it. She used the kiwi to make organic wine and her company Lambu-Subu Food has made it to the market in the year 2017. Now this organic wine is famously known as Naara Aaba.

This is a very impressive way to mix technology with tradition according to her and also bring development to the farmers of Kiwi fruits. When you going to try her Naara Aaba??

Zomawii Hrahsel- Mizoram, Northeast India

Tepuia Chaang is a very famous name at Aizawl all because of its bakery products. It was Zomawii Hrahsel who makes it to the list of Northeast India women entrepreneur. The bakery at which she has initiated Tepuia Chaang is the Diki bakery and it was in 2007 when she (a widow) and her 3 children started to run it along with a grocery store. 

Now, their baked goods have gained such fame that not only in Aizawl but all over Mizoram Tepuia Chaang is famous and people come from long distance to have a grab for their bakes.  

Women like them who have these business ideas are the inspiration to the upcoming entrepreneurs needs to have. They are to gain that mentality that anything in the world is not impossible, if you put your heart into it. There is always a way that women can be together hand-in-hand like men and make their own career and do things they love to do. All it takes is a gentle leap with lots of faith.
