“Once I came back from Bangalore to my hometown after working with Urban Ladder and Homelane, I saw a lot of professional lags in terms of service and customer service. Once the work is done, there is hardly anything called warranty or atleast a courtesy to handle situation. On other hand, there were some expensive showrooms, where you buy anything and walk out of the door, it’s purely a client headache.
